Partner Admin Permission Guide
Your go-to reference for managing access, visibility, and responsibilities across your Partner Admin team.
The following permissions can be turned on or off by any Partner Admin who manages other Partner Admin accounts.
General access permissions
Note: By default, new Partner Admins only have access to impersonate network accounts. You must assign additional permissions manually.

Can create Partner Requests for new Locations

Can create Partner Requests :: Other

Best practices for Partner Admin permissions
- Start with the minimum required permissions and scale access as responsibilities grow.
- Review permissions regularly to ensure they align with each Partner Admin’s role.
- Limit access to sensitive permissions (like post-hire/PII access) to trusted team members with a clear business need.
- Coordinate with your Partnerships Manager when requesting permission changes, especially with permissions for in-development features.
- Use profile photos and consistent naming conventions to keep your Team page organized and clear.
- Notify your Partnerships Manager if you have trouble restricting access or need to update your Partner Admin roster.
