What is PartnerHub?

Short answer: Your new favorite operational tool!

After many years working alongside franchise organizations that use a parent-child hierarchy and providing an exceptional product for small business owners (child), we knew it was time to build a product for our Partners (parent).

PartnerHub: The system you won't want to do your job without!

PartnerHub gives Partner Admins at the network/corporate level the ability to configure their Partnership without having to worry about joint-employer boundaries. For instance, location names and employee names are witheld from aggregated reporting to honor joint-employer boundaries.

Regardless of how you subdivide your network, PartnerHub can accommodate you with customized subnetworks. Partner Admins can be configured to have access to the entire network or only their assigned subnetworks. We see the most success in adoption when corporate staff and field staff (who directly coach owners) are users in PartnerHub. 

It provides network leadership and operational staff with aggregated insights, reporting, and data across owner accounts within their network or subnetwork(s).
