Job templates

Create out-of-the-box success for your network's job postings. 

Job templates are job blueprints that your owners can use to post a job in just a few clicks. 

Job templates make it easy to create new job postings for any standardized positions for which your owners regularly hire, helping them save time and avoid poor job posting practices by prefilling key fields (job title, job description, prescreen questions, etc.).

What job templates do owners have access to?

The job templates available in your owners' accounts are those that you created in collaboration with our team during implementation.

What if I want to edit or create a new job template?

You can use PartnerHub or work with your Partnership Manager to create more job templates for your network. New job templates will be added to all accounts in your network.

Your owners can also create new job templates or edit existing ones at the individual account level if they have additional needs beyond the provided templates.

Coming Soon: Create and manage your network's job templates directly within PartnerHub. This feature is currently only available through PartnerHub Labs.
