Interview scorecards are structured lists of questions that Owners can include in their hiring process to increase consistency in applicant interviews.

What interview scorecards do Owner accounts have access to?

By default, all CareerPlug accounts include interview scorecards for the Phone Screen, In-Person Interview, and Reference Check hiring process steps.

Owners can also use any custom interview scorecards you and your Partnership Manager created during implementation.

Can I create a new scorecard or edit my existing scorecards?

After your network has launched, you can create new or update existing interview scorecards for your network by providing any questions you want to include and the corresponding hiring process step to your Partnership Manager.

When you create a new interview scorecard after your network has launched, it will only be available to accounts that activate from that point forward.  Previously activated accounts must manually add the new scorecard to the designated step of any hiring processes with which they want it associated.
