Hiring process
A hiring process is the set of steps that all applicants who apply for a job must go through before your franchisees/members hire them. Each new applicant is assigned a step-by-step hiring process, complete with prewritten email templates to help your franchisees/members efficiently correspond with applicants and prebuilt interview scorecards to help them evaluate applicants.
Why is a hiring process important?
A hiring process takes the heavy lifting out of hiring and guides you (and your franchisees/members), step by step, from needing to make a hire to making the hire. It provides a consistent structure to help efficiently manage and correspond with applicants, soothe hiring headaches, avoid common recruiting pitfalls, and — most importantly — confidently hire the right people.
An effective hiring process makes hiring easier and more consistent, letting you get back to what you do best: running your business.
How do I create a new hiring process?
You can work with your Partnerships Manager to develop new hiring processes for your network. If you create a hiring process after your network has launched, the new hiring process will only be added to accounts that have not yet been activated.
Your franchisees/members can also create a new hiring process or edit an existing one at the individual account level.
