Templatize hiring success for your network
A hiring process is the set of steps that all applicants who apply for a job must go through before Owners hire them.
As the expert for your network, during the Implementation phase, you have the ability to configure one primary hiring process as a default process for all accounts within your network. Owners still have the ability to add additional customized hiring processes within their accounts, if they choose.
The network-level hiring process configuration can include other customized elements to provide your Owners out of the box:
- customized email templates for specific steps
- customized interview scorecards for specific steps
NOTE: We do not offer the ability to customize offer letters for your network in order to protect both parent and child entities from any joint-employer legal risk.
Why is a hiring process important?
A hiring process takes the heavy lifting out of hiring and guides you (and your Owners), step by step, from needing to make a hire to making the hire. It provides a consistent structure to help efficiently manage and correspond with applicants, soothe hiring headaches, avoid common recruiting pitfalls, and — most importantly — confidently hire the right people.
An effective hiring process makes hiring easier and more consistent, letting you get back to what you do best: running your business.
How do I change our network-level hiring process?
If you edit or change your default hiring process after your network has launched, the new hiring process will only be reflected account that activate from that point forward.
Your Owners can also create a new hiring process or edit an existing one at the individual account level.
