What is a careers page?

Every CareerPlug account includes a careers page where all jobs will automatically display to jobseekers. It's the first point of contact many applicants will have with a company, and a landing page that can be used to direct candidates to apply for open positions.

If your network has consistent branding across all units/locations, CareerPlug's Implementation Team collects branding and color assets and works with your team to pre-configure careers pages for all network accounts. Franchisees still have the opportunity to further personalize their careers pages, if they choose, from within their own individual account, but branding will stay consistent.

If your network does not have consistent branding across all units/locations, members should configure their careers page once their account is activated to make their company stand out and attract jobseekers with employer branding and testimonials.

What's the difference between an aggregator and an individual careers page?

Careers pages come in two different types: an aggregator careers page and an individual careers page.

Aggregator careers page	Collects all jobs from every account within a network onto a single, centralized careers page. Only account owners have edit access for their network's aggregator. Can be connected to a company's website via a redirect or embed.
Individual careers page	Collects all jobs from an individual account only. Each franchisee/member has their own individual careers page. We strongly recommend connecting your individual careers page to your franchisees'/members' microsites via redirect.

Can franchisees/members edit their careers page?

Your franchisees/members can edit their individual careers page from their CareerPlug account. Refer them to CareerPlug's Help Center for more information on how to configure their careers page.

To request edits to an aggregator careers page, franchisees/members should contact their Partnerships Manager and include a completed Aggregator Careers Page Edit Request form.

How can franchisees/members use their careers page to promote jobs?

A careers page is the central hiring hub for a company. It's a branded website that showcases open positions to job seekers and allows them to apply.

Franchisees/members who enhance their careers page and share it with their network will increase interest in their employer brand and attract top-quality applicants.

Is there any way to track a recruiting campaign?
