New User Training

CareerPlug's Help Center
The CareerPlug Help Center has hundreds of articles to help you and your franchisees/members learn to use CareerPlug. They range from troubleshooting and how-tos to best practices and job board guidelines. Simply search your desired topic or issue to see the resources we have available.
You can also navigate the Help Center by category. We've organized our Help Center categories according to CareerPlug's Proven Process for how to hire:

Pluggie — CareerPlug's Help Center Chatbot
Pluggie is our helpful hiring and employee retention sidekick, which your franchisees/members can engage with while browsing CareerPlug's Help Center.
Franchisees/members can click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the Help Center, start a Chat, and ask Pluggie whatever questions they have about using CareerPlug. Pluggie will source an answer from our Help Center content, along with providing the link to the most relevant article. They can also search for articles using the Help option.

We have a library of on-demand webinars across a variety of hiring topics that your franchisees/members can take advantage of to educate themselves.
Client Success Consultants
We also strongly recommend franchisees/members schedule a consultation with one of our Client Success Consultants. During this appointment, a Consultant will work one-on-one with the franchisee/member, leveraging industry insights and best practices to develop an individualized strategy to meet their particular hiring needs.

The Partnerships Team will set up recurring meetings, but you can always contact your Partnerships Manager to schedule additional network education.
