Assessments can help your franchisees/members evaluate whether applicants possess the necessary skills and personality traits to perform a job effectively.

What assessments do franchisees/members have access to?

All CareerPlug accounts include a timed math/verbal assessment and a configurable personality assessment.

Your franchisees/members can also use any custom assessments you and your Partnerships Manager created during implementation.

Can I create or edit custom assessments?

After your network has launched, you can work with your Partnerships Manager to create new or update existing custom assessments. When you create a new custom assessment, it will only be added to accounts that have not yet been activated.

Your franchisees/members can also create and use their own custom assessments.
